Copilot can see everything you can see
That is the part most offices find out too late.
Copilot answers using the files and email your account already has access to — including the folder somebody shared with “anyone with the link” back in 2019 and nobody ever closed. In a twelve-person office that quietly includes payroll, old contracts, and an HR folder nobody remembers sharing.
Before we turn it on, we go through who can reach what across your SharePoint, OneDrive and mailboxes, and we fix what should not be open. We can start on that right away, because we already administer your tenant. An outside consultant has to sell you a discovery project and ask for administrator access on day one.

No new vendor, no separate contract, no stranger with admin rights.
We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work and a CSP Tier 1 provider, so the Copilot licenses come from us and land on the same invoice as the rest of your service.
Start with the two or three people who will actually use it rather than the whole office. We will tell you honestly which seats are worth keeping when renewal comes around.
Project work
Connecting Claude to your Microsoft 365
Some work does not fit into a chat box.
We take on project engagements connecting Claude to your Microsoft 365 estate — your documents, your mail, the systems your office already works in — so your team can ask questions of their own information instead of copying and pasting it somewhere else.
This is the same ground as the Copilot work: it only goes well if someone already knows how your tenant is organised and who is allowed to see what. We do. This is scoped project work with a defined outcome and an end date, not a monthly per-person fee, and it runs through NIT Consulting.

What we will not do
We will not point an AI tool at your client files, patient records or payroll until it is agreed in writing what the vendor is allowed to do with that information. If AI is the wrong answer for a task, we will tell you that instead of selling it to you.
And we do not sell AI as a security product. What protects your computers is a monitoring service with human analysts behind it, which is a different thing entirely.
